The Glendale Group is a Design/Build management firm, based in Boston's north shore.

In today’s world of design and construction, companies face multiple challenges from technical to economical, and even political considerations.  Developers and owners must use competent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy design and construction professionals to meet and exceed their individual project goals.  TGG was devised and founded to meet these needs from a “team-oriented” point of view.

Our team of associates are handpicked to form a unit with varying backgrounds and experience, giving us a competitive advantage within the commercial construction industry.  The backgrounds include architecture, construction, development, and property management.  Such a diverse group of backgrounds allow us to use specific team members for individual projects.

Cofounder and Principal Owner, Tim's vast construction experiences allow him to tackle a variety of projects.  Graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering, Tim has over 19 years of diverse and progressively responsible experience in subcontracting, procurement, construction management, project controls, estimating, and site supervision.  During his career, he has gone from working as a carpenter for a homebuilder to managing large-scale commercial projects with values ranging over $300 mm.

 

    

       

Nichols B. Hall

Senior Project Manager, Nick brings a strong technical background to The Glendale Group through his education and practical experience.  Nick has a degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam.  Nick has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry from working as a carpenter, surveyor, soils engineer, superintendent and project manager on both high-rise commercial and luxury residential projects.  Managing TGG's Construction Supervisors, Nick is able to effectively manage, estimate, buyout and run projects of varying size and complexity.

 

  

Jarrett D. Bridge

Director of Business Operations, Jarrett's customer service and business operations experience spans back 17 years to his early days of working in a family owned country general store.  Jarrett began his career in the commercial real estate industry six (6) years ago when he was hired as a Real Estate Representative for a regional supermarket chain headquartered in New England.  After spending 2 1/2 years in New England, he became the Manager of Real Estate for a national retailer based in Phoenix, AZ.  While in Arizona, Jarrett was responsible for their national disposition program along with their new store program in Florida and Tennessee.  Jarrett's unique work experiences have allowed him to be involved in all aspects of the design/build process; whether acquiring properties and negotiating leases or meeting with developers, design teams, and town officials.
